Your Role

This person should have expertise in designing and executing successful marketing programs, aligning with sales, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. We are looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves, try new ideas, move quickly, and help the company grow. This role reports to the Head of Marketing.

You Will

  • Lead the development of marketing plans that encompass both strategy and tactics to the target account audience via multiple promotion channels (website, online advertising, email, social media, PR, in-person events, and webinars)
  • Understand where procurement and finance professionals are getting their information and build partnerships, co-marketing, and sponsorship opportunities to run campaigns that capture new database leads
  • Synthesize a variety of business objectives and financial goals from stakeholders and translate them into marketing objectives and measurable goals
  • Develop detailed campaign plans and program/project briefs (goals, messaging, call to action, content, target personas, and distribution channels) to enable the content, marketing ops, and digital teams to execute effectively
  • Optimize Marketo nurture streams based on areas of interest indicated by web behavior as well as where our next customers are on their journey
  • Develop, execute, promote, and produce strong webinar and event campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive registrants, attendees, and on-demand consumption
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders about progress, deliverables, roadblocks, and results
  • Identify clear KPIs, track optimization opportunities, and report progress

Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience in a B2B marketing role; demand generation experience is a plus
  • Deadline-driven mindset with ability to manage multiple projects on your own
  • High comfort level communicating with various stakeholders across marketing, sales, customer success, and product
  • Experience in creating and implementing successful programs to target new prospects and accounts with a range of tactics and technologies
  • Experience with account-based marketing, inbound marketing, and demand generation strategies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship-building
  • Strong history with Marketo and Salesforce is a plus
  • Proven record of working with sales to exceed targets
  • Experience partnering with SDRs and sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong background in demand generation best practices, including audience targeting, segmentation, measurement, lead lifecycle, and nurture
  • Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
