Senior Growth Manager

At LabelFlow, we build GitHub for visual data. Our mission is to facilitate and accelerate the development of AI at scale thanks to top-notch labeling tools and a dataset marketplace.

We are looking for a Senior Growth Manager. At LabelFlow, you will:

• Drive organic and paid traffic growth
• Grow and optimise website and app traffic: backlinks, keywords, tags, A/B testing, customised landing pages, teaming up with key AI-Tech influencers and communities, etc
• Optimise and automate in coordination with the engineering and product team the user journey for better activation, retention, referral and revenue.
• Implement referral and partnership programs
• Build or coordinate building relevant content: webinar, white paper, blog article, video, etc.
• Manage and ideally create new modules/sections in the CMS when needed (like Strapi)

• Track every action, consolidate what works, get rid of what does not ;)!  The position is open to remote workers located in Europe for now for timezone convenience. 

Must have:

• You have at least 1 successful experience in a fast growing SaaS start-up where you have been a major contributor (+3 years of experience)
• You master every tool needed to drive growth (and more we probably don't know but where you will surprise us !): Phantom Buster, CMS like Strapi, DropContact, Hubspot, Zapier, Integromat, Linkedin Ads, etc. 
• Playing with the data from different database and tools to find the key information to leverage growth is your second nature
• You are autonomous and you want take the lead on LabelFlow Growth now and potentially when things will get more serious.

Nice to have:

• You know the basics of HTML / CSS / JS / GraphQL
• 2 successful experiences in fast growing SaaS start-ups
