Responsibilities (day to day)
- Actively driving and implementing technical concepts for our SaaS battery analytics platform
- Breaking down difficult challenges and successfully delivering customer value on schedule
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on designing, coding, testing, documentation, deployment, debugging, and optimizing the application for the best performance
- Work closely with cross-functional team members to own your solution from development to production
- Design and develop secure & scalable backend architecture
- Quickly troubleshoot production issues and come up with an appropriate RCA
- Evaluate new technologies and participate in decision-making

Requirements from the candidate - hard skills and soft skills
Hard Skills:
- A proven track record of launching and maintaining large-scale web products
- Experience in designing software architecture based on business requirements, strategy and priorities
- Mastery of one frontend (Javascript/React) and one backend (python/Java) language
Soft Skills:
- Interest in working with Climate Tech and willingness to help accelerate the transition to emission-free mobility and green energy
