Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer with Next.js and Tailwind CSS expertise to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining our web application's user-facing features, ensuring an engaging and seamless user experience. You will collaborate with our backend team, which utilizes FastAPI, to create a robust and scalable platform.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, responsive, and performant web applications using Next.js and Tailwind CSS
- Collaborate with our backend team to integrate the frontend with the FastAPI backend
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and user experience
- Develop and maintain reusable code and libraries for future use
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them effectively in a pixel-perfect manner
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks and bugs
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React
- Solid understanding of React.js and its core principles, including state management and component life cycles
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating them with frontend applications
- Strong knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
