We are looking for a senior engineer with hands on coding skills with the ability to manage and grow engineering teams. Ideally you have hired and managed teams of 10 engineers or more over an extended period of time.
You will play a critical role for the company growth over the next couple of years as the platform and the company grows.
Responsibilities
- Engage and develop your team of engineers in their skills and careers
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to the team in software engineering best practices
- Balance the technical and product roadmaps within the team
- Design and code innovative, scalable and robust features
- Collaborate closely in small, nimble, cross-functional teams with product managers and business stakeholders
- Participate in all aspects of the project life-cycle, from ideation to specification to release
