You will help our team grow with this rising demand, continue delivering excellent outcomes for our customers and have a real impact on the most important law firms in the world.

About the Role

As one of the first account executives joining our growing sales team, you will be instrumental in driving our direct sales to large law firms and other legal markets. For the enterprise law large firm market, you will take leads and meetings generated from our BDRs, qualify them through intelligent discovery, prospect or get intros to more stakeholders within the lead's organization, and progress them through to pilot the software.

We are quickly growing the number of customers we are working with, so you will be instrumental in designing scalable operations and identifying ways to better support more prospective customers over time. Our product is evolving quickly, and our brand and value messaging must evolve too; we hope you play a big role in the global, cohesive way we communicate to the market.

We're a small team and expect all members to flexibly help wherever the company needs them the most - if you have an idea for what DraftWise needs, we want to empower you to pursue that project. You will have broad ownership over your initiatives, the ability to shape our culture as we grow and flexibility over your schedule. We will push you to develop a portfolio of customers all using DraftWise, sharing ideas for its improvement and being the voice of your users.

About You

We're looking for people who have:

  • Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on building trust
  • Passion for out-of-box strategizing and hustling to unlock or accelerate opportunities
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Interest in the legal industry or in applications of artificial intelligence
  • Agility and energy to thrive in fast-paced, startup environment
  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, specifically quota-carrying / closing roles

It's also great if you have:

  • Interest in designing scalable company processes from an early stage
  • Experience selling to or knowledge about law firms or legal organizations
  • Interest in branding, sales messaging, and community building
