ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're currently seeking an experienced and dynamic SDR Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. You will play a critical role in driving our business growth, by building, leading, and coaching a high-performance team of Sales Development Representatives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Team Building: Build and expand a team of high-performing Sales Development Representatives from the ground up. Hire, onboard, and train new team members to succeed in their roles.

Coaching and Mentoring: Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to the SDR team to develop their skills and increase their performance. Regularly review and analyze SDR performance and productivity.

Develop Incentive Plans: Create and implement incentive plans to motivate SDRs and drive team performance toward company objectives.

Lead by Example: Act as a player/coach by participating in call activities, demonstrating effective sales strategies and techniques, and guiding the team through live examples.

Strategy Development: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective prospecting strategies.

Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience in an SDR role and prior experience managing or leading a team.

Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.

Strong understanding of sales process and dynamics.

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement necessary improvements.

Exceptional ability to motivate and inspire team members.
