- Supporting technical aspects of the sales process such as product demonstrations, evaluations, proof of concepts, and pilots
- Leading technical discussions to educate customers on Veryfi products and usage
- Applying intelligent document processing to solve a variety of business issues
- Analyzing and tuning performance of an Artificial Intelligence (AI) based solution
- Building the foundation for deep and lasting relationships with the technical champions within a client organization
- Identifying and documenting the technical path to grow and expand customer usage over time
- Coordinating internal resources to resolve technical issues blocking sales opportunities
- Capturing and communicating product feedback and industry requirements
Responsibilities:
The primary technical point of contact throughout the sales lifecycle and onboarding. You will be the trusted expert for key stakeholders and maintain a focus on supporting sales efforts from prospecting through onboarding.
- Drive sales win rates by providing technical expertise for qualifying calls, product demonstrations, evaluations, proof of concepts, and pilots.
- Capture and document the technical needs and success factors throughout the sales process. Maintain detailed information in the CRM system
- Create & manage tickets in the issue management system to effectively address product feedback from prospects and sales blockers
- Lead customer kickoff & training sessions as part of onboarding
- Act as a communications liaison between prospects and Veryfi’s Sales, Technical Support, Development, and -Leadership team
- Contribute to the content and continual improvement of tutorials, FAQs, and other materials
Preferred experience:
- 5+ years as a sales engineer in a B2B SaaS company
- Accountability and personal organization are essential
- Effective communications skills via email, phone, and online meetings
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive relationships with both customer facing teams and internal teams
- Working knowledge of SaaS platforms and Application Programming Interfaces
- Experience building and optimizing Customer Success processes is a plus
- Experience with HubSpot, JIRA, and Confluence is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree required
