We are hiring sales development representative (SDR). This is a great opportunity for a sales builder. You’ll get to work with the CEO to define the and the rest of the founding team to establish the processes - everything from clarifying the ideal customer profile (by running experiments), crafting outbound sales emails, building the sequences in sales software, writing scripts for closing happy customers, cold-calling. As we scale up, you will get a chance to help us grow the sales organization, and shape the go-to-market strategy for the product.
Responsibilities
- Define and constantly refine the ICP
- Prospecting to build a target account list.
- Managing the outbound email/Linkedin campaigns.
- Scheduling the calls with customers.
- Write scripts for the sales calls and followup.
- Negotiating contracts.
Requirements
- A minimum of three years of experience selling B2B deals with ACV of $10k and more
- Great communication skills in English - written and spoken.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to listen and empathize with the customer.
- The ability to distill customer problems and bring them back to the team to shape product development.
Nice to have
- Experience selling devtools, or API products.
- A deep curiosity for our security and compliance domain, the product, and our customers.
- A sense of urgency to grow the company
- Focus on finding customers that love the product, and won’t churn out (SaaS business depend on revenue retention and expansion).
