ScholarSite is looking for a Sales Development Representative who can generate demand in our cohorts and drive seat sales. The position can be remote or on-site in San Francisco.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Mastering our sales enablement technology (including Sales Navigator, Apollo and Amplitude)
  • Developing and executing a demand generation strategy for each cohort. This involves:
    • understanding the subject matter and professional target personas of each cohort
    • developing customer segments for each target persona (i.e. based on geography, role type, seniority, industry)
    • writing email and LinkedIn templates for each segment
    • generating lead lists for each segment
    • contacting ~200 prospects / day across various segments, through a mix of cold and personalized email and LinkedIn outreach
  • Analyze, report on and optimize all demand generation programs based on ROI. This involves:
    • tracking open and conversion rates
    • A/B testing templates and channels to capitalize on success
    • monitoring page clicks
    • pivoting demand generation strategy based on success
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly sales goals

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • An interest in startups - our team is hard working and fast-paced. You'll able to adapt and think fast!
