ScholarSite is looking for a Sales Development Representative who can generate demand in our cohorts and drive seat sales. The position can be remote or on-site in San Francisco.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Mastering our sales enablement technology (including Sales Navigator, Apollo and Amplitude)
- Developing and executing a demand generation strategy for each cohort. This involves:
- understanding the subject matter and professional target personas of each cohort
- developing customer segments for each target persona (i.e. based on geography, role type, seniority, industry)
- writing email and LinkedIn templates for each segment
- generating lead lists for each segment
- contacting ~200 prospects / day across various segments, through a mix of cold and personalized email and LinkedIn outreach
- Analyze, report on and optimize all demand generation programs based on ROI. This involves:
- tracking open and conversion rates
- A/B testing templates and channels to capitalize on success
- monitoring page clicks
- pivoting demand generation strategy based on success
- Meeting and exceeding weekly sales goals
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
