Your impact on our growth - As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you’ll play a critical role in understanding the pain points and problems that our prospects are facing with. You are the starting point for our growth - Don’t worry, you’ll be given constant support, with a hands-on, immersive training program combined with consistent feedback and development, and work alongside driven and passionate sales leaders. Your Sales Manager will act as your dedicated coach, guiding you through the outbound sales strategies. You’ll master communicating value efficiently, navigating gatekeepers, and executing a successful outreach strategy from our comprehensive training program.

A typical day at Volopay being an SDR would involve:

  • Generating qualified opportunities for the company by rigorously prospecting and researching in the ASEAN region/market.
  • Manage a large volume of daily outbound interactions with prospects via email, Linkedin, and calls
  • The goal is to raise interest level, qualify, educate and connect them with our sales teams in order to deliver regional revenue targets.
  • Innovating and testing creative ways to gain access and trust with prospective customers.
  • Smartly prioritizing and organizing your time to be as productive as possible.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers.
  • High levels of learning agility to constantly learn and adapt to new platforms, software and ideas.
  • The individual must be a highly motivated, self-starter who is able to identify and develop opportunities from multiple sources including prospect lists, discovery, and individual research.
