About the role

Be the first point of contact for prospects and customers evaluating PopSQL

Identify and create well-qualified sales leads through outbound calling and inbound lead follow-up

Become a product expert (and power user) of PopSQL and its value proposition

Document your findings and feedback in the appropriate tools, while sharing your experience with the broader company

Work closely with Account Executives to facilitate a smooth hand-off from early qualification to close
About you
-
You have at least 1 year of professional experience under your belt. Ideally, you've been in a customer-facing role like Sales, Support, or Operations

You're a great communicator regardless of the medium - phone, email, video

Strong technical aptitude and the ability to become deeply fluent in PopSQL's technology and industry

You have excellent organization skills and can effectively prioritize your work in a fast-paced environment

You're self-motivated, hungry to learn, and work both fast and smart
