We're looking for an experienced Sales Development Specialist to identify and nurture prospects across multiple social channels. This is an opportunity to join an early stage sales team and grow into an account executive, account manager, marketing, business development role and beyond.

The ideal candidate is comfortable building a personal brand on LinkedIn, has high attention to detail, is personable, and ready to work on a thoughtful, hard-charging team with ambitious goals. Familiarity with CHRO, CIO, CTO, and People Analytics personas is preferred but not required.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven success in sales development or related role is preferred
  • Experience with account-based sales development
  • Execute personalized multi-channel outreach campaigns with tailored messaging to prospect's role, interests, and pain points (email, social media, video, direct mail, cold calling)
  • Competent with sales engagement platforms and CRM
  • High coachability and internal motivation
  • Flexibility and ability to manage changing priorities
  • Exceptional active listening and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new sales opportunities through research, referrals, and networking on social channels
  • Build a presence on relevant social media platforms, engage with target personas and communities
  • Partner closely with VP of Sales and CEO to build pipeline
  • Partner with Head of Marketing to nurture priority prospects, provide feedback on inbound leads, iterate on content marketing, coordinate event and campaign follow up

KPIs: Report on outreach success metrics including social engagement, response rates, meetings booked, opportunities created, pipeline generated

Compensation will be a combination of base salary and variable pay based on performance.
