The Role
We’re looking for a Regional Sales Account Executive to join our team. In this role, your objective is to sell the Intellect platform to employers. You’ll handle the full sales cycle from start to closing: from prospecting new customers, qualifying and following up on leads, creating and delivering pitches, assisting with contracting and pricing, and all the way to closing the deals.
You should be a hungry and resourceful individual who can manage a thorough and consultative sales process with mid-large employers. This will be a highly collaborative role where you’ll partner with senior leaders in client companies and collaborate with different functions within our company to provide your learnings to ultimately make deals.
What You’ll Do

Work with senior leaders in client companies and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Deeply understand the needs and pain points of clients to empathise with them, provide feedback to the team, and provide a solution that solves customer needs.

Do whatever it takes to close deals: lead generation, marketing, cold calling, pitching, building relationships, and closing deals.

Build relationships with clients & leads to serve as a trusted advisor to them: Helping educate the importance of mental health and pushing the value of our approach.

Be able to create pitches and deliver presentations.

Look for ways to improve our sales process and product offerings.

Be able to independently maintain your sales pipeline with the goal of consistently reaching and exceeding your targets.

Bonus if you’re able to develop partnerships with health insurance brokers and benefits consultants.
Who You Are

2+ years of successful B2B/SaaS sales experience working with mid to large companies

Experience with complex and consultative sales processes as opposed to transactional or self-serve sales

Demonstrated record of sales success (new client deals)

Have worked in a high-growth environment

Have successfully sold a product that doesn’t sell itself or isn’t a household name (we’re a new product in a new market in Asia)

Know how to walk through and handle a sales cycle
