Expectations
- Design and schematic capture of mixed-signal PCBs (RF, digital, and power) using Altium
- Layout high-density PCBs in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with RF interface design requirements (e.g. characteristic impedance)
- Familiarity with layout best practices for digital interfaces (e.g. SPI, I2C, Ethernet)
- Working knowledge of DFM, DFT, Signal Integrity, and Power Integrity principles associated with mixed-signal design
- Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate PCB design for cost, performance, and manufacturing
- Lead PCB manufacturing and assembly including stackup selection, via types, and design rules in cooperation with manufacturing vendors
- Manage PCB component selection and procurement for prototyping through production
- Act as an internal Quality Assurance Engineer upon receiving assembled boards
- Participate in board bring-up and debugging to confirm power, digital, and RF functionality
- BS Electrical Engineering or relevant technical field
- 5 years of experience with RF PCB design (preferably in Altium) and measurement using lab equipment such as VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, and Oscilloscope

In-Person Requirement
• All employees are expected to be at the office, in person, for a minimum of two days per week
