Job Description:
Homebase is looking for a talented candidate to join us as a Relationship Manager, Capital Markets. This is a highly selective job opening. The Relationship Manager is responsible for finding and raising capital from high-networth individuals in Vietnam. You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Source and acquire potential investors across Vietnam;
  • Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors;
  • Manage the coordination and presentation for investor meetings to forge win-win deals that can drive millions of dollars in capital growth for the Company;
  • Work with senior management to design strategic investor acquisition plans that maximize new investment opportunities;
  • Continuously strategize on tactics to scale investment from current and potential investors; and
  • Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Our requirements: We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier local or international university;
  • At least 2 to 4 years of direct experience in sales / partnership / fundraising / investor relations etc.;
  • Network of and experience dealing with high-networth individuals would be a plus;
  • At least a basic understanding of finance and capital markets;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and sustain effective working relationships with clients;
  • Excellent command of Vietnamese (both verbal and written); and
  • At least conversational English proficiency is preferred.
