Parker's mission is to increase the number of financially independent people. We believe we can achieve this goal by building tools that enable independent business owners to scale their businesses profitably. Our first product combines a virtual credit card with dynamic spending limits and software tooling to help merchants grow and optimize their profitability. We are growing very fast -- in less than 12 months, we grew to tens of millions in card volume.
We are looking to expand our headcount quickly to support the demand. Our investors include Valar Ventures (Peter Thiel), Solomon Hykes (founder of Docker), Paul Buchheit (founder of Gmail), Paul Graham (founder of Y Combinator), Robert Leshner (founder of compound.finance), and many more.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
You'll be involved in projects of varying scope and complexity:
Network with some of the top influencers and investors in the D2C space
Work with exec team to set and build on Parker’s customer success strategy
Introduce new products and features to Parker customers
Expand the existing share of spend
Monitor and follow up on account questions, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner
Works closely with internal teams and oversees the relationship with the client
Dialogue with our clients to understand their business objectives and challenges
Analyze clients' data and provide strategic recommendations to clients
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Passion or curiosity to learn about financial technology
Ability to work with the executive team to understand the high-level strategy of the business and how it informs projects
Organized & Data-driven

WHAT WE’D LIKE TO SEE:
Experience working with ecommerce brands or fintech is a plus
Experience working in growth roles
2+ years of experience in sales or customer success role
