We help the insurance industry automate manual processes, reduce errors and increase high and low-skilled employee productivity. We’re on a mission to bring intelligent automation to the world and are on the first step of automation i.e automating document processing.
Our deep learning models convert any type of paper document into structured data. We have implemented our solution at a few of the top insurance companies in India, helping them lower costs and reduce time spent on manual data entry.
Who we’re looking for -
You’ll be an early member of the HR team, working closely with, and reporting directly to the founder. You’ll manage our database, and execute demand gen programs across channels for hiring

What You'll Do
- Maintaining the applicant tracking system database by ensuring that all candidate information and activity is up to date
- Connecting with potential candidates via telephone and emailing them to engage them in our recruiting process by taking their data, evaluating them, and mapping them to open roles

4, Helping in building a candidate pipeline from a tech platform by analyzing data
