Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and other members of the project team to frame analyses in the context of public health research. Provide input on data interpretation, ensuring that findings are actionable and impactful.

Health Disparities Identification: Utilize data analysis to identify disparities in disease patterns, outcomes, and healthcare access across different demographic groups, particularly focusing on vulnerable and underserved populations.

Communication of Findings: Assist in interpreting and communicating epidemiological findings to diverse audiences, including policymakers, healthcare professionals, community organizations, and the public. Contribute to the dissemination of research findings in a manner that promotes health equity.

Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate with external partners, including the CDC and public health agencies, to ensure that project activities align with broader public health initiatives and goals.

Ethical Considerations: Ensure that research and analyses adhere to ethical considerations in public health research, including informed consent, privacy, and data sharing.

Health Education: Provide insights and educational materials to the project team regarding public health concepts, terminology, and best practices.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest developments in public health research, epidemiology, and health equity. Incorporate new knowledge and methodologies into the project to enhance its impact.

Qualifications:

Master's or Ph.D. in Public Health, Epidemiology, or a related field with a strong focus on health equity and disparities.
