To continue fulfilling our company mission, we need an empowered, engaged and enabled workforce. As a result, we are seeking a seasoned, high-impact sales enablement professional with a learning mindset and expertise in enablement processes and tooling.

The Program Manager, Continued Education will manage key ongoing enablement programs and projects to build a more effective sales organization, accelerate growth, and drive better customer outcomes. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the GTM Productivity Manager to support the delivery of new and existing programs to improve seller effectiveness.

In this role, you will join the GTM Enablement team in partnering with cross-functional, global stakeholders to equip sellers with the right information at the right time via multiple learning modalities. This position requires effective problem solving, project management, presentation skills, and tactical execution to deliver measurable outcomes.

As the Program Manager, Continued Education, you will:  

  • Project manage short-term initiatives in tandem with longer-term enablement programming
  • Uplevel training processes to help sustain and scale the GTM Enablement team and our constituents
  • Engage in consistent qualitative and quantitative analysis to determine program requirements and track program effectiveness
  • Use sales enablement tools and best practices to develop and execute enablement programs
  • Use in-person instruction, online learning tools, virtual workshops, shadowing/observation techniques, side-by-side coaching and leader support to educate and train sellers
  • Help maintain and use a library of resources in our learning management system
  • Collaborate with global team members and cross-functionally to increase adoption of training programs and build a culture of continuous learning and coaching

What you bring to the table: 

  • 3+ years of experience Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Project Management, L&D or a similar function
  • Expert-level understanding of LMS, CMS and project management tools
  • Strong presentation, communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills; ideally experience collaborating with field leaders, sales managers and sellers
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to execute impactful programs across a wide number of workstreams, countries, offices, and mediums
  • Experience with both professional facilitation and curriculum development/instructional design
  • A desire to proactively identify and eliminate bottlenecks while also being unafraid of ambiguity
  • A slicer and dicer of information and data + ability to analyze that data and build solutions
  • Self-motivated team player able to prioritize and manage projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with professional coaching
  • Experience in selling and “carrying a bag”
  • Connection to a network that aids in your ability to stay abreast of the latest trends in the training and development industry
  • Certification in sales and/or qualification methodologies (Command of the Message, MEDDPICC)
