What We're Looking For Our company is growing fast and we are looking for a Program Manager to own and execute our programs, build stakeholder relationships and coordinate internal resources to address the needs of our clients, including pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and patient advocacy organizations. Specifically, you will have the following responsibilities:

● Define internal milestones, program team roles, resource needs, and timelines for successful execution of our patient finding programs ● Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with our pharma, biotech and patient advocacy organization partners, as well as team members ● Define, measure, and report on key data for each program ● Bring creativity and drive to ensure we hit all program milestones and are regularly exceeding client expectations, while also identifying opportunities for growth ● Own project management responsibilities and day-to-day interactions with our partners ● Represent Probably Genetic as a product expert to support our partners in advancing their patient finding strategies using insights generated through our programs ● Coordinate with our development team to translate client requests and unmet needs into development activities ● Shape internal strategy and build new capabilities that enable sustainable, meaningful growth

If you have experience assisting highly driven teams and want to take it to the next level, this job is for you.

This is a fully remote role that begins immediately.

Who You Are
