We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Specialist to accelerate our acquisition efforts. As a key member of the go-to-market team, you will straddle both sales and customer support, serving as a trusted advisor to prospects. Your responsibilities will include helping prospects understand the value of Dashworks and guiding them towards conversion.
What will you do at Dashworks?
- Connect with prospects who are trialing Dashworks and provide them with best practices for setup and adoption.
- Guide trialing prospects down the right path to ensure they convert to using Dashworks.
- Understand how different roles and personas can benefit from Dashworks, and address those use cases in every interaction.
- Provide support to trialing prospects and help unblock them instantly if they are stuck.
- Educate prospects on how to get the most out of Dashworks in order to deepen their engagement with the product.
- Identify any friction points during the trial period and report them to the product team early and often.
- Seek out and contact additional stakeholders who would be involved in the purchase decision.
