About the Role
As a Product Marketing Manager on our team, you will be the first marketing hire in a fast-paced and growing startup. You will help establish the DraftWise brand, driving our go-to-market strategy in the legal world, while partnering with our Sales team to start our customers on the journey from "Awareness" to "Advocacy."
What you will do:
- Shape the brand and messaging that DraftWise uses in the market
- Plan, execute, evaluate, and optimize marketing campaigns and content
- Lead all growth marketing and demand generation efforts, including development and execution of strategy to drive market awareness, educate and capture buyers’ interest, and ultimately build a pipeline of qualified leads
- Take the lead on our social media presence, crafting memorable LinkedIn and Twitter content
- Build and refine collateral, in close partnership with the DraftWise Sales team
We're looking for employees who have:
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the B2B software space
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a strong growth mindset
- Experience laying the groundwork for marketing at a quickly expanding company
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
It's also great if you have:
- Interest in designing scalable company processes from an early stage
- Familiarity with the standard marketing technology stack
- Familiarity with the legal sector
- Experience managing a marketing budget and calculating ROI on spend
