Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute product marketing plans to promote and sell our products to target audiences.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviors and incorporate findings into marketing plans and product development.
Collaborate with the core team to ensure alignment of product strategy, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
Create and maintain product documentation, including user manuals, guides, and tutorials.
Provide technical support to customers and partners, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
Continuously analyze the effectiveness of marketing and support activities and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Qualifications:
Preferred Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
Some experience in product marketing, preferably in the technology or Web 3 industry.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with product launch planning and execution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused mindset and experience providing technical support.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
