R2 enables platforms in Latin America to embed financial services that SMBs can then leverage (starting with revenue-based financing and buy now pay later for business customers). As a Senior Product Manager with relevant experience and strong product vision, you will solve significant problems for our partners and their merchants and you will build new products to extend R2’s Merchant Financial Services domain. You will use a broad array of product management skills such as managing stakeholders, identifying users’ needs, prioritizing workstreams, and leveraging your analytical skills to build products that delight our customers.
What you’ll work on
- Develop and execute a product feature strategy to enhance the existing value proposition of the current products
- Drive product development from conception to launch of new products
- Spend time with users in Latin America and observe patterns/trends across their needs Identify opportunities in product enhancements by being involved in ongoing UX research and assessing the product
- Define what success looks like and use metrics to evaluate progress towards your goals
- Identify opportunities in product enhancements by being involved in ongoing UX research and assessing the product
- Understand market regulations and compliance to make sure our products are in line with them and spot opportunities, not threats when the market shifts
Who you are
- At least 5 years of relevant experience building high-quality products in a fast-paced environment
- You have a strong business drive
- You have experience building from zero to one lending/payment products
- You have experience in products with aspects of KYC/AML, underwriting, or fraud detection
- You have experience with multiple successful product deliveries
- You have the ability to proactively prioritize, manage, and assume responsibility in multiple initiatives within time constraints and with intense attention to detail
- You have experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams in iterative product development cycles
- You have experience in enabling the full potential of other Product Managers
- You have a great understanding and showcase of product thinking
- You have experience building products in regulated spaces and across many markets
