- Setting product strategy vision.
- Engaging with customers for insights.
- Scoping features and collaborating with engineers.
- Managing day-to-day sprints.

Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy and roadmap development.
- Collaborate with the CEO on product vision.
- Translate roadmap into detailed sprints.
- Ensure smooth progress in sprints and hold engineers accountable.
- Organize and lead product demos.
- Work closely with engineers on feature scoping.
- Review work and provide feedback for high-quality customer experiences.
- Identify product improvements from customer sessions.
- Engage with customers for insights and expectations.
- Maintain a clean and updated scrum board.
We're Looking For
- Proven experience in product management at a startup.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent product design/UX skills.
- High work ethic and organizational skills.
- Technical proficiency and experience working with engineers.
- Comfort in customer interactions.
- (Nice to have) Fintech domain knowledge and early-stage startup experience.
