Job Summary:
As a Product Manager at Rally, you will be responsible for driving the success of our product portfolio, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers and are competitively positioned in the market. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to develop, launch, and iterate on our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to develop and launch new products and features.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform product development decisions.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, and use data to make informed decisions about product enhancements and optimizations.
Create and maintain detailed product requirements, user stories, and use cases for product development.
Act as the product owner in agile development processes, working closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and customers to facilitate successful product launches and ongoing product performance.
Coordinate product training and support for internal teams, including sales, customer success, and marketing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the [specific industry or product type] space.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Strong understanding of product development processes, including agile methodologies and user-centric design.
