📝  Job Summary

We’re looking for a highly motivated Junior Product Manager to join our fully-remote, international team.

This is an opportunity to become part of a small product team within a high-growth startup. As we are scaling the company, we are looking for a Junior Product Manager to help us build a great product. The perfect candidate would be a self-motivated person with excellent communication skills, passionate about startups, innovation, and productivity, ready to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

😊 Role and Responsibilities:

• Support in writing product specs
• Manage our feature request platform, engaging with our users. Identify areas for improvement of Akiflow.
• Understand our users’ pain points. Become intimately familiar with the personas that use Akiflow to understand them deeply. Provide customer support.
• Collaborates closely with our marketing team, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Analyze users’ behavior and track the new feature’s KPI.
• Keep up to date with relevant market developments and industry trends. Conduct market research.

🤓 Knowledge and Skills

• Experience in going through the full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution.
• Must have excellent reading comprehension, listening, and writing skills in English.
• Strong desire to work at an early-stage startup on a small team.
• Great communications skills.
• Display strong organizational and execution skills.
• Experience in performing market and competitor analysis.
• Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to shape product strategies and roadmaps.
• Has an eye for beauty - knows what a good UX looks like.
