Job Description 

Homebase is looking for an ambitious and highly-talented candidate to join our team as a Product Management Associate. The successful candidate will operate almost like the CEO of one of our product lines and play a hyper-critical role in our company.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Hold the P&L responsibility for the entire product line;
• Iterate and improve on product-market-fit of the product line;
• “Build-measure-learn”, repeat;
• “Talk to customers, build product”, repeat;
• Create systems and processes to ensure operational excellence for the product line;
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of the product line.

Our requirements

• Based in HCMC; 
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a top-tier local or international university with good academic standing;
• Past experience in real estate/ and finance is a plus;
• Having experience in building a product from scratch, or running a startup is a plus;
• Prior leadership and management experience is a plus;
• Past experience as a startup founder is a plus;
• Highly effective cross-functional team management;

• Super adaptable: You are highly adaptable to the constant changes of Homebase products. You’re independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations;
• Persistent: You don't take no for an answer. You’re motivated to push through the challenges in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business.
