Product Lead

What you’ll do at Better Financial:

• Day to day communication with engineering, design, and QA to ensure our product is on track
• Generating clear, thoughtful specifications to keep the engineers focused on writing the right features
• Define product roadmap and strategy
• Be accountable for product roadmaps, resource allocation, and release cadence within your group

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• You have experience taking a product 0 to 1, including the technical and analytical depth to partner with engineers. Ideally, you have past experience as an engineer or similar technical knowledge, and past work on platforms and API products.
• You thrive in navigating and making sense of ambiguity. You ground your decisions with rigorous data and reasoning and adapt to new information to make informed choices.
• You have experience leading and working with cross-functional teams. You focus on customers, develop concrete strategies, and drive execution against them.
