It’s an API-first solution with a no-code back office portal. We provide real-time responses even for data-intensive, complex rules via a simple and extensible API on a usage-based pricing model. We are on a mission to commoditize financial crime prevention tooling for startups globally and we're looking for an experienced Product designer to join our team.

About the role:
In pursuit of this mission, we are looking for a Product Designer to join our Design team. We are looking for smart, creative, energetic and passionate individuals to make an instant impact.
We are looking at hiring a designer who :
Can understand our product or have experience working with complex enterprise products.
Have the ability to see and understand the requirements beyond the problem statements.
Can Understand user insights & requirements.
Have the ability to quickly adapt to the product and take ownership of it.
Have the ability to collaborate with other teams and focus on finding feasible solutions for execution.
Is not afraid to speak up when necessary and to learn.
Can empathize users as well as the team to find the right balance.
Can translate requirements into user-friendly designs.
Have growth-mindset, open and receptive to feedback and can adapt quickly in a fast- paced environment.
Can perform user testing and understand how design can affect metrics/goals.
What you’ll need:
A minimum of 2 years experience is required with at least 1 year of experience working as a product designer shipping preferably for an enterprise or a complex product.
Portfolio with a minimum of 2 case studies is a must. Save the effort to apply if you don’t have a portfolio or you have a random Dribbble or Behance portfolio showcasing cool UI with no use case behind.
