Plug is a payments orchestration platform. Through one integration, merchants can have access to multiple connections to payments-related services such as credit card processing, alternative payment methods, banking, anti-fraud solutions, and more. Through our provider agnostic card vault and routing / retry engine, we are able to provide the best payments experience for the merchant ensuring they avoid lock-ins, while optimizing their cost and acceptance rate.

Responsibilities

Build an end-to-end UX/UI process, from discovery to delivery.

Product discovery: be able to discover, analyze and synthesize complex information to propose solutions to the right problem

Product delivery: build beautiful and functional interfaces, launch your solutions and measure your impact with data to keep evolving your designs

Use, define and create new design techniques to solve the right problem, such as usability tests, users flows and others.

Work with your peers to create consistent prototypes and contribute in the adoption and scaling of our Design System

Participate in our Design Critiques, sharing your work regularly to give and receive constructive feedback
Requirements

4 years+ of experience in Product Design (UX/UI)

Relevant portfolio that shows your experience

Experience in research to understand user behaviors Strong experience in UX techniques, such as usability tests, card-sorting, a/b tests, users journeys, blueprints, and others

Application Process
We move fast and tend to provide feedback within 5 days. The process will consist of portfolio review, interviews with the founders, technical interviews with designers, and culture interview with co-workers.
