We're looking for a passionate Product Designer to join our early-stage startup. You'll be a key member of our small but growing team, designing intuitive and impactful experiences for our AI-powered meeting assistant tool. Think ChatGPT but for meetings.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design of core product features and experiences. This includes user research, prototyping, user testing and executing the full design cycle.
Help define the product strategy and roadmap based on customer feedback and data insights. Translate high-level strategy into detailed design requirements and specifications.
Work closely with engineers and the product team to iterate on and deliver design solutions.
Maintain and improve our design system and components to ensure a consistent user experience.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer or similar role. Experience with early-stage startups is a plus.
A strong portfolio of product design solutions you've led from end-to-end. Bonus if these include AI, NLP, or voice technologies.
Proficiency in Figma. You are comfortable with and can learn new tools quickly.
Excellent communication skills. You can articulate design decisions, give and receive feedback, and collaborate cross-functionally.
You love tackling complex problems and the fast-paced, iterative nature of startups. You're self-motivated and able to succeed in a fast-growing company with limited resources.
