We’re looking for people with a strong background in building successful products and systems. You’re used to dealing with lots of moving parts, you have exquisite attention to detail, and you’re comfortable learning new technologies where needed.
What will you be doing?
- Lead end-to-end design solutions, from ideation to wireframes, and high-fidelity mock-ups
- Collaborate with cross-functional peers in product, engineering, and ops to explore innovative solutions to customer needs
- Drive the development, consistency, and evolution of Nova’s design system
- What does success look like in this role?
- Solid product thinking, with a touch of product intuition - this means you’re comfortable working in new product spaces that have a high level of ambiguity
- First principles thinking - since Nova strives to bring innovation to archaic finserv practices, you leave dated design patterns at the door and bring innovation to our product verticals
- You’re technical enough to work closely with engineers and research-oriented enough to independently conduct usability tests with our customers
