The Role
We’re looking for a product designer who’s passionate about creating amazing, delightful experiences for both our patients and clinicians. You should care deeply about our users, getting them to experience core value by taking complex concepts and distilling them into simple user flows.
Our ideal Product Designer is able to source information from our data, partners, team, and users and turn that into actionable new features and products for our team to build. We’re looking for an owner in our product development lifecycle. You will be embedded directly into the heart of our product an engineering team, working across multiple products and verticals.
Responsibilities
- Be an owner in our product development lifecycle, running research and product ideation.
- Be Data-driven. You use qualitative and quantitative data to iterate on new designs
- You can source ideas from other team members, brainstorm with other team members, and bring the best ideas to life through simple and delightful design solutions.
- You Have strong visual design skills, but can deliver quick and dirty mocks for discussion and ideation. Data visualization skills are a plus
- Capable of crafting or implementing user research studies with research goals that directly align with product strategy
- Holistic-minded, consider the entire end-to-end user journey and how their work overlaps with others
- 3+ years of experience in Product Design
- A portfolio that shows how you tackle problems, research and validate your solutions, and the impact of your work
- You’re down to get technical!: No prior engineering experience is required, but you are excited to learn about databases, developer workflows, and application development
- You’re experienced with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, etc
- Experience connecting your work with other cross-product initiatives within the company to drive collaboration
