What You'll Do:

Product Requirements Analysis: Thorough understanding of product requirements to create relevant information architecture and user flows.

High-Fidelity Design & Prototyping: Designing high-fidelity screens and interactive prototypes for our app and web platform.

Design System Development: Creating and maintaining a design system, including components, icons, style guides and supporting graphic assets for developers.
What We're Looking For:

Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrable examples of complex problem solving and visually communicating solutions through information architecture, user flows, and prototypes.

Design System Expertise: Proficiency in understanding and creating style guides and design systems to scale solutions.

Effective Communication: Ability to document processes, communicate clearly with project members, and persuade stakeholders.

Tools Expertise: Having excellent proficiency in Figma which includes using auto-Layout, styles, components, prototyping etc. Intermediate level proficiency in tools like AfterAffects/Rive, Illustrator, ProtoPie.
