The Role
Chariot is looking for a product analyst to help us develop, prioritize, and make data-driven decisions along our multiple product lines.
- Collaborate closely with our Head of Product, founding team, nonprofits, channel partners, and DAFs to use data to answer questions, identify product opportunities, find insights from releases, measure progress towards goals, and iterate quickly
- Develop and maintain data products and dashboards (currently we use Metabase)
- Take data/product functions and processes 1 to 10 and develop a playbook to make product functions scalable
- Analyze data to help make strategic decisions on product roadmap and customer activation
About you
- 2+ years of experience in data/product/eng. role
- SQL proficiency
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase)
- Passion for startup culture, which means working in a high degree of ambiguity with a strong ability to take ownership and operate independently
- First-principled thinker who is able to communicate opinions clearly, and willing to be convinced otherwise through thoughtful discourse
- Previous work in fintech, payments, and the nonprofit sector is a plus.
