Summary

Burrow is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. We are continuing a period of rapid product line and category expansion as we focus 2022 on completing our transition from digitally-native living room company to an omni-channel wall-to-wall home furnishings brand – all in the name of our mission: making it radically easier to settle in. Achieving that objective is dependent on rapidly learning and scaling paid support for new products and continuing to optimize and efficiently grow the core seating business. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Performance Marketing, the Performance Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in advancing our growth marketing strategy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic scaling and optimization of Google Search and Shopping, while efficiently and effectively managing a $10M+ budget to exceed our performance targets
  • Guide the analysis and optimization of digital marketing channels across our portfolio, including creative testing, landing page optimization, targeting, and bid strategy optimization
  • Develop refined and data-backed strategies for testing into new acquisition and retention channels 
  • Develop and roll-out strategy for new product launches and international expansion
  • Own the maintenance and optimization of our digital product catalog for use across all major platforms and partners
  • Build and maintain weekly granular performance reporting
  • Partner with digital product, engineering and creative teams to drive innovation
  • Manage vital agency and vendor relationships that are crucial for driving success

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data-driven, consumer-focused performance marketing with experience in multiple digital acquisition and retention channels, including Facebook & Instagram, Google Search & Shopping, YouTube, Display, Affiliates and TV
  • Significant experience successfully marketing high ticket, highly considered purchases
  • Experience managing and optimizing e-commerce product catalogs
  • Experience managing multiple agency partners
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Ability to analyze and build decisions from large data sets
  • Proven track record of setting and hitting key growth targets (CPA, CAC, ROI, LTV, etc.)
  • Experience analyzing and optimizing to key business metrics
