We’re looking for an experienced performance marketer who can optimize our paid marketing campaigns and drive efficient lead acquisition efforts. This person will be responsible for launching, testing, managing, and reporting on digital spend against our marketing and business development goals. This role is perfect for someone who wants to dig into the data, measure rigorously, and be a strategic partner in growing our sales funnel.
You will be responsible for:
- Establishing and emphasizing GiveCampus’s leadership in the educational fundraising sector through targeted digital advertising campaigns
- Collaborating with the marketing team to test key messages and content across all paid channels
- Measuring awareness and conversion metrics across social, search, and email marketing platforms
- Attributing commercial opportunities back to specific digital campaigns
- Optimizing landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action to drive top results
- Sharing insights back with the team about progress to goals, ROI, and channel efficiency
Key things we’ll be looking for:
- Excellent analysis and reporting skills
- 3-5 years of experience leveraging social media and search advertising platforms
- Audience building and targeting expertise (including remarketing strategy and best practices for leveraging first-party data) in a B2B market
- Track record of A/B testing audiences, messages, landing pages, and other key components of digital campaigns
- Fluency with pixel placement and tracking, Google Tag Manager, and Wordpress

- Experience related to B2B SaaS products and/or the education or non-profit market
- SEO certifications and/or expertise in link building
