About Method
Method is a developer-first API that makes it easy for developers to connect a user's debts and embed debt repayment on their apps. Method works with over 15,000+ financial institutions enabling payments to any type of consumer debt – including credit cards, student loans, car loans, and mortgages – all through a single API. We manage the entire process, including KYC, linking a users debts, and flow of funds, allowing developers to go-live in an evening.
Our mission is to make personal debt management self-driven and autonomous. Method’s APIs empower users to view and pay debts on any platform, making personal debt management financial institution agnostic.
The Day-to-Day
Own, lead and drive the full life-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to closing for the Sales, Engineering, Customer Success and Compliance teams.
Manage key HR initiatives, including: performance management, compensation planning, and learning and development.
You'll collaborate closely with our leadership team to ensure that together we identify, engage, and hire within time, scope, and budget, while always aligning to our core values.
Managing the overall onboarding through offboarding process with key stakeholders with the goal of creating a great employee experience.
You'll develop national brand and attraction strategies that can be deployed across hundreds of universities, conferences, networks, and programs worldwide.
Updating, communicating and applying HR policies and procedures according to company guidelines, making sure they adhere to standards and law.
Skills You'll Need
Experience & Passion: Experience in employee relations, performance management, transitioning to a PEO, and general HR programs/operations and have been doing it for at least 3 years at a software tech company. Additionally, you've spent at least 1 year in full-lifecycle recruiting.
Sourcing chops: Most of our hires come from our sourcing efforts. Experience engaging and converting diverse prospects through LinkedIn Recruiter, events, and other creative sourcing channels is super important.
An eye for details: You spotted the wrong company name in that cover letter in no time flat and didn’t miss a beat when gathering important candidate data during your intake call. Nothing gets by you.

This is a fully-remote role that may sit anywhere in the United States. You're welcome to work from our Austin or DC office if you're in-region! Full Covid-19 vaccination is required to work from our offices.
