People Operation Manager

Your role:

We are seeking a People Operations Manager to oversee the staffing requirements of both our kitchens and corporate employees. In this role you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new employees, managing payroll, and working with the executive team to build a healthy, fun, and productive workplace culture.

The first impression all prospective employees get of our company is the hiring process, and for this reason it is essential that the funnel is well organized and managed. We hold all of our employees to a high standard, and those standards must be met in turn by the company’s recruiting process itself.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain a world class recruiting funnel to identify and pursue top talent while making all applicants feel respected, regardless of outcome.

Manage various 3rd party recruitment channels to increase the volume of high quality applicants

Work tirelessly to maintain a healthy workplace culture that will attract and retain top tier talent.

Source, screen, interview, and close candidates.

Manage employee onboarding and payroll

Requirements:

Elite attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A passion for bettering the lives of our employees

Fluency in English and a working proficiency in Spanish
