At FlutterFlow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Manager to join our Partnership team. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience managing & executing with Systems Integrators (SIs) & Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) in the Asia-Pacific region (APAC).  As the first regional hire for APAC on the Partnerships team, we are looking for someone who can wear multiple hats, has an ownership mentality, and can execute with urgency. 

In this role, you will work closely with FlutterFlow Enterprise Sales team across APAC and be seen as a collaborative thought partner to ensure productive sales engagements across the region.

What You Will Work On

  • Partner Enablement: Manage and track SI & GSI partner enablement, ensuring partners have access to enablement resources and training materials to equip them with skills they need to effectively build & sell FlutterFlow solutions
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with regional SIs & GSIs, acting as the primary point of contact. Formalize partnership terms via contractual agreements, provide ongoing support and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Co-selling: Develop well thought out joint business plans and go-to-market strategies with a clear set of priorities, joint initiatives and specific goals for growing pipeline & wins.
  • Joint solutioning: Work with FlutterFlow Enterprise Sales team and Partner to create compelling offerings to help customers transform their businesses by leveraging the partner’s unique capabilities and FlutterFlow
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor partner performance. Track Partner Sourced & Partner Influenced revenue, setting specific goals, and providing regular reports to senior management

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of experience in SI/GSI partner management
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales process, especially in APAC
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders at the executive level
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with CRM and partner management tools (e.g. Hubspot, Crossbeam) is a plus
  • Prior experience in technology, tech sales, and/or a startup is a plus
  • Willingness to travel internationally multiple times a year as needed to support partners

This role is expected to be located in either India (as a remote team member) or in our Singapore office (as a hybrid team member).
