Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and resolve
scheduling conflicts as they arise.
- Organize, prepare, and coordinate meeting materials, presentations, and follow-up
tasks.
- Assist with internal and external communication, drafting emails, reports, and proposals
as necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
- Conduct research and gather data to aid decision-making processes.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for executives as needed.
- Support administrative tasks such as expense reports and procurement requests.
- Collaborate with different departments and team members to ensure smooth operation
of the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and comfort with various
communication tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and
confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively.
- Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and the capability to handle multiple tasks
concurrently.
- Degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
