Customer Ops
The Customer Ops team is scrappy, wears many hats, and supports a world-class customer experience. We handle everything from onboarding customers to navigating health insurance companies (aka wizardry). Our goal is to bring transparency and clarity to the complex world of insurance. This involves educating customers as they make their insurance selections, processing their enrollments, managing billing, and working with insurance providers as necessary. The team understands customer needs and concerns, and meets them with empathy and a solution-orientation.
Prior work experience: candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience in operations, client service, insurance, or consulting preferred.
