About the role
We are excited to hire an operations/bizops lead! We’re looking for mission-driven Swiss-Army knives who care about creating positive impact (this is the most important aspect!), love problem-solving, and will thrive in the fast-paced start-up life. In an early stage startup, you'll have a flexible, cross-functional role spanning analytics, operations, reporting, growth, and customer success.
You'll be working with our COO on exciting challenges across all functions, including:
- Autonomously spearheading growth of new product initiatives and collaborating with product and sales to launch
- Working directly with customers to understand their needs and to inform onboarding, implementation, and retention strategies
- Building connections with strategic clinic, healthtech, and payer partners
- Analyzing budget and financials to help determine internal growth strategy
- Determining and continuously improving on internal metrics to track progress; building out dashboards and reporting for the team to drive better decision-making
- Managing day-to-day operations and building out functional organizations and processes as we rapidly grow
About You
- Passionate self-starter with 3+ years of experience in related functions (e.g., operations, bizops, consulting)
- Drive to get to the nitty gritty and make things happen
- Ability to build out relationships and facilitate collaboration between teammates, clients, and other stakeholders
- Comfortability wearing multiple hats and solving problems across a wide range of functions
Bonus
- Experience working in health-care or other highly regulated industries
We’ll be based in New York City post pandemic and have a preference for in person, but are willing to consider remote in certain timezones.
