Job description:
You will be working with our team to scale Deskimo in Singapore and other markets. As an Operations and Account Manager, you will be managing the day-to-day operations, B2B accounts, and reach out to businesses and potential workspace partners to generate both demand and supply for our marketplace. Success in this role is, as part of the team, to be a catalyst for growing the Deskimo community.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Singapore market
Building-up the demand side through effective Account Management and BD to companies
Building-up and managing the supply side (workplace locations) for Deskimo
Be close to our customers, collect feedback and come up with suggestions on ways to improve our product and processes
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1 - 2 years of prior experience in operations or account management. Fresh graduates may be considered too.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Focused and goal-oriented
This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis for Singaporeans / PR.
