Now we're building out our team of Australia's best to help millions of people, and we're looking for the first person to join our People team to attract exceptional people and support them in pursuing outsized impacts.
What you'll be doing
- Help to schedule meetings internally and externally, including interviews
- Ensuring the office is secure, clean, and organised, and creating a welcoming environment for the team.
- Help ideate, organise and coordinate team events
- Liaise with office vendors, service providers, building management, and other 3rd parties to ensure smooth-running operations
- Coordination of travel arrangements, including flights, accom, visa’s etc
- Ensuring the office is stocked with food, drinks and other office supplies
- Organising birthday cards for team members
- Catering & meeting room organisation
- Assisting in new starter onboarding, including ordering devices and providing swag
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials
- Implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations
- Monitoring and managing the office budget, including invoicing, expense tracking and reporting
- Supporting senior management with research and project management
- Assisting in social media support
Who we're looking for
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to details
- Upbeat, extroverted and pleasant interpersonal skills
- An ability to self-start given only a high-level direction and are comfortable with ambiguity
- A bias for action and a preference to get things done
- A moderate level of tech skills
