Below are likely to be your everyday tasks:

  • [ ] Help members schedule appointments - Help triage patients to telemedicine or in-home visits
  • [ ] Relay appointment information to Providers
  • [ ] Follow up with patients after visits and before visits to reduce cancellations
  • [ ] Call members to build relationships, use CRM to maintain relationship
  • [ ] Help answer phone calls, intercom messages of prospective members
  • [ ] Help employers onboard new employees, see if any left in previous month
  • [ ] Follow up on employer payment, ensure accounts are up to date
