Below are likely to be your everyday tasks:
- [ ] Help members schedule appointments - Help triage patients to telemedicine or in-home visits
- [ ] Relay appointment information to Providers
- [ ] Follow up with patients after visits and before visits to reduce cancellations
- [ ] Call members to build relationships, use CRM to maintain relationship
- [ ] Help answer phone calls, intercom messages of prospective members
- [ ] Help employers onboard new employees, see if any left in previous month
- [ ] Follow up on employer payment, ensure accounts are up to date
