We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist who is passionate about this role.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize automated marketing campaigns with email, WhatsApp, and CRM platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement automation workflows and ensure seamless integration with marketing tools and platforms.
- Improve and optimize lead funnel on a regular basis for better conversion % at every stage of the funnel
- Keep a hygiene check on landing page & campaign performance
- Evaluate and recommend new marketing tools that align with business requirements and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Create comprehensive campaign reports and dashboard, analyze key metrics, and provide insights on campaign performance, conversion rates, and customer engagement to improve SEO, campaign-ad health and other marketing channels
- Monitor marketing campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance marketing performance.
- Develop and maintain marketing data infrastructure; ensure accurate and reliable tracking of campaign metrics and customer data.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to establish campaign goals, strategies, and KPIs, and track progress against targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing automation and operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, driving efficiency and scalability in marketing operations.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations on campaign optimization, targeting, and segmentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing operations, automation, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, email marketing systems, and CRM software.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Location- Bangalore (office)
Annual Salary: INR 4,00,000 to 7,00,000 per annum + Stocks
