We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing team to help us drive growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that attract and retain independent retailers and brands, while also building and managing a high-performing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and driving growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising, to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Optimize our website and mobile app to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
- Conduct A/B tests and use data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and user experience.
- Manage and optimize our ad campaigns on Facebook and Google.
- Develop and execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve our search engine rankings and drive traffic to our website.
- Develop and implement strategies for increasing customer retention and lifetime value.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, and use data to drive decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to ensure our marketing efforts align with our business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager.
- Experience with A/B testing, user research, and conversion rate optimization.
- Proficiency in SEO and SEM best practices.
- Experience managing and optimizing ad campaigns on Facebook and Google.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Chinese is a plus.
- Flexible and remote work is allowed, with preference given to candidates based in Singapore, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
